If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30 day return policy.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that the return period starts when your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.

• Items previously exchanged.

1. Make a Copy of Original Invoice or Email Order Confirmation: Include a copy of the original invoice or email order confirmation in the return package. This helps us process your return more efficiently

2. Package Your Return: Use the original shipping box and include all original packaging, packing boxes, and materials.

3. Include Diamond Appraisal Certificate (If Applicable): If your item was delivered with a diamond appraisal certificate, please include it in the return package.

4. Choose Your Shipping Carrier: You can ship your item using FedEx, UPS, or the US Post Office. We recommend using FedEx for a secure and trackable delivery.

5. Signature Required and Insured: Regardless of the courier you choose, ensure that the package is set for a signature requirement. We recommend taking these precautions to protect your items during transit.

6. Secure Packaging: Package your items securely using the original packing materials to prevent damage during transit and so it is insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles during the return shipping process.

7. Security Measures: For security reasons, avoid labeling the package with the term "Jewelry" on the outside. Address your return to:

Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. Refunds will be processed within 15 days.

We offer free resizing within 60 days of purchase. Contact us at 212-382-0070 to initiate the resizing process.

Full insurance is guaranteed when using all original shipping packaging.

We are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx Staffed locations.
